Roi Wurgaft is the Co-Founder of CoryPro Ingredients and Founder of Wurgaft Consulting & Development, a food-grade R&D and manufacturing center based in Oregon. With over 25 years of experience in protein extraction, techno-economic modeling, and commercialization, he has pioneered advances in plant-based protein innovations.

Roi’s work focuses on developing affordable, functional, next-generation proteins using novel and upcycled feedstocks. His mission is to strengthen global supply chains and support the transition toward more sustainable, accessible food systems worldwide.
