Matthew Clough is the founder and Executive Director of Plastic Beach, a San Diego-based 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on providing area businesses with real and accountable recycling solutions for soft plastic bags and packaging. His work helps businesses get ahead in compliance with California's upcoming SB54 bill.

Matthew is dedicated to bridging the gap between sustainability legislation and practical business implementation, delivering scalable recycling programs that support local enterprises in meeting evolving regulatory requirements while reducing plastic waste in their operations and supply chains.
