Kim Sup is the Chief Executive Officer of SEOBI Co., Ltd., a biotechnology-driven food company specialising in precision hydrolysed protein systems. With more than twenty years of experience in food innovations and strategic market development, he leads the creation of CHP-SB, a 99.5% chicken breast–based enzymatically hydrolysed protein platform.

Kim’s work focuses on molecular redesign of animal protein to enhance bioavailability, functional performance, and hybrid protein integration, supporting healthy ageing and ESG-aligned manufacturing efficiency.
