Henk Hoogenkamp is the co-founder and chief product officer at Moolec Science, where he leads the development of molecular farming technologies that produce animal proteins directly in plants. His work focuses on creating hybrid plant-animal protein solutions to improve the nutrition and functionality of food ingredients.

Henk has over 15 years of experience in proteins, food, and biomaterials. Since 2020, he has helped drive Moolec’s mission to deliver scalable, sustainable ingredients for the global food, pet food, and animal nutrition industries.
