BIOGRAPHY

Gregory Lok is the President and Growth Architect of Butcher's by Roli Roti, leading the strategic expansion and operations of the vertically integrated food brands. Under his leadership, Butcher's Bone Broth has scaled to become a leader in the refrigerated segment, now available in over 10,000 retail locations nationwide, including Costco, Whole Foods Market, Target, Publix, and Safeway.

Gregory previously served as the Head of Research and Innovation at PanasonicWELL and led the Incubator and Licensing program at Clif Bar, bringing seasoned CPG expertise to scaling high-growth food brands.
