BIOGRAPHY

Eric Schulze is a professional scientist, executive, and federal food policy expert at GoodHumans Strategy & Design. A founding scientific member of the cultivated meat field, he led the scientific, regulatory, and market strategy that brought the first U.S. cultivated meat product to market at UPSIDE Foods and helped secure the first cultivated pork FDA clearance for Mission Barns.

Eric previously served as a regulator at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and has advised on national science and technology policy for the National Science Foundation and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
