Dave is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in Canada’s agricultural-industrial sector, specializing in operations, R&D, and process engineering. He has extensive expertise in plant protein technology, having played a key role in scaling up and managing a facility producing yellow pea and canola protein isolates.

With hands-on experience in facility design, construction, and commissioning, Dave offers valuable insights into the challenges of commercializing novel products. At Stantec, he guides clients through all phases of project development, from feasibility studies to detailed engineering design.
